The Model Development Training Workshop is scheduled to be held in Çorum between 9 and 14 September 2025.
Objective of the Workshop
This workshop, to be held in Çorum between 9–14 September
2025, aims to bring together experts from partner institutions to
collaboratively develop the theoretical foundation and structural framework of
the IMPA4U Digital Platform. The platform is designed to enhance strategic
planning and performance management in higher education institutions.
Specific Objectives:
- To
critically examine the theoretical underpinnings of the Integrated Model
of Action and Performance for Universities (IMPA4U).
- To
identify and define the core components of the IMPA4U platform, including
data flow architecture, governance structure, and user interface design.
- To
develop a detailed project timeline, outlining key milestones, and to
assign specific roles and responsibilities to each partner institution.
- To
design risk mitigation strategies addressing potential software
development and implementation challenges.
- To
establish a performance-based budgeting framework for the equitable
allocation of institutional resources within the IMPA4U model.
- To
promote interdisciplinary collaboration among academics, researchers, and
IT professionals in developing a scalable, adaptable, and modular
strategic management system.
